The applicants applying for the post should be completed a Master’s degree in a related subject with 50% marks for OBC Category and 45% for SC/ ST Category in a recognized university.
JSSC PGT PGTTCE Examination 2022 Exam Pattern : The Exam Pattern will be as Follows:
- The Exam will be Computer Based Test (CBT).
- The Exam will be Objective Type.
- The Exam Will be Bilingual i.e. English/ Hindi.
JSSC PGT Preliminary Examination Pattern
- The Exam will Consist One Paper of General Knowledge.
- The Exam will be of 450 Marks with 150 Questions.
- Each Question will be of 03 Marks.
- There Will be a Negative Marking of 01 Marks.
- The Time Duration for the Exam will be 02 Hours.

JSSC PGT Main Examination Pattern
There Will be Two Paper in the Main Exam.
Paper 1 – General Knowledge & Hindi Language Knowledge
- The Exam will be Qualifying Only (Min. 33% Marks).
- The Time Duration for the Exam will be 03 Hours.
- There will be 100 Objective Type Questions.
- Each Question will be of 01 Marks.
- There Will be No Negative Marking.
Paper 2 – Subject Related
- The Time Duration for the Exam will be 03 Hours.
- There will be 150 Objective Type Questions.
- Each Question will be of 02 Marks.
- There Will be No Negative Marking.
Selection Process (Jh PGT Teacher Recruitment 2022) :
Commission will take CBT based examination.
The exam will be taken in One Phases: (a) Main Examination.
There will be two paper in the main examination and this examination will be taken in two shifts.
The duration of the each examinations will be 3 hours.
Paper-1 Exam – Graduate level questions will be asked while the Paper-2 Exam will be postgraduate level.
Examinations questions will be objective and objective type answers, the full mark of Paper-1 will be 100 marks and each question will be 1 marks while the Paper-2 full mark will be 300 marks and each question will be 3 marks.
Age Limit for Jharkhand JSSC PGT Teacher Jobs
The applicant should be of age minimum 21 years old and maximum of age as mentioned below to apply for JSSC PGT Teacher (JSSC High School Teacher) 2022 posts.
General/ Unreserved – 40 Years
EBC & BC Candidates – 42 Years
Female (General/UR/EBC/BC) – 43 Years
SC/ST (male & female) – 45 Years
